Sloans Lake Neighborhood

Welcome to Sloan’s Lake. This fabulous little neighborhood is located just west of downtown giving it that incredible feeling of being “away from the city” but still having some of the best accessibility you’ll find in the area. Sloans Lake Park is a popular spot for Denverites to get out on a great walk around the biggest lake in the city. At 177 acres this park features multi-use trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, boating, basketball courts, and more! This neighborhood is home to a mix of older classic houses and new modern builds. Take a spin around the park then head on over to Joyride Brewery for one of the best roof top patio views on the city and mountains or go sip on some coffee at SloHi Coffee Co. and get your bike tuned at the same time! You can also hit up yoga, spin or other exercise classes at any of the various studios. Whatever you do, make sure you don’t miss the Colorado Dragon Boat Races held every July!
